Since my brother's PC is loud as hell under normal load, I was thinking about replacing the stock Intel HSF with one of these. I'll be getting a Zalman 7000B Al-Cu for my system, but I'm willing to buy from a different manufacturer and see wich is best.

The rig is a P4 2.8C, 512MB of RAM, Radeon 9800 Pro, single HDD and a "rather-crappy" 400 watt PSU.
 
It's decent but dosn't compare to the Zalman. I'm 90% sure its also just a dynatron with a differant fan.
