I personally think that it's good compared to old Netscape. I can say that it's more customizable. But it's not even close to IE 5.5.
 
I had such faith in Netscape. But they have seriously let me down. the only browser than currently ad a chance of dethroning IE, and it bites hard. Slow as dirt, buggy. it looks nice, but it is garbage
