Hi everyone! I'm from Romania and I'm looking to buy a Piaggio scooter (the Italian brand). The local community couldn't tell me much about them so I decided to post some questions in some communities abroad to see if they're worth it. Well, they did back in the days build the best moped in the world, but today mopeds are more or less all the same.
