What do you take for an upset stomach?

Not sure what I ate thats disagreeing with me but I have a slight case of an upset stomach. Whats your home remedy for curing an upset stomach?

I know that's what they ER will give you if you've been foodpoisoned or ODed... but how does one get charcoal? Do you just get a bag of grilling charcoal and munch on those?

Charcoal is very good for you. I'm not sure where you can get it, but it would obviously need to be food-grade clean.
