Mine

I picked up everything on the shelf for ~$150 total, from eBay and local bookshops. I'm happy, considering that new hardcovers today go for what, $25? $30?

Let's see 'em! :)

as much as i'd like to go take a picture of my bookshelf, i'll just tell you it's mostly made up of Tom Clancy, Stephen King, Michael Criton, and John Grisham

Nope. Only reader's digest is Dr. Zhivago. Reader's Digest did publish some complete texts, with illustrations silk bookmark, etc. I've had difficulty finding them though.

I don't have a bookshelf. I rent my books. I mean, it's not all that inconvenient to go grab a copy from the library on the rare occasion you want to re-read, and it's FREE.
