Cheerio! So, what do you put on your scones? I've got a blueberry scone and its a bit dry I'm afraid. I wish our cafe had clotted cream or even just some plain old butter, but alas, neither is an option.

Make your own. They're not difficult.

When you make your own you'll see why it's ridiculous to put butter on them. They basically are butter with a little flour thrown in for textrure...
