What do you put on your Chili?

If it's an excellent chili, then I don't put anything on it. If it's a good chili, then I'll put grated cheddar cheese on it. If it's a mediocre chili, then I'll put grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, and diced onions on it.

Crackers, lots of cheese, and a few slices of habanero pepers

Makes for a chunky chili with a nice kick

If you are going to serve the beans on the side, make sure they are hot. Otherwise they will cool off the chili.

I have cousins in Kentucky that make chili with noodles, but I didn't think anyone in Wisconsin did that. It's OK, but it's not the way I make chili.
