No you have the unlimited newsgroup downloads too. Although DSL speeds are not that of cable, we are not capped when it comes to bandwidth like many cable providers.

I have Comcast too, but it's like $45 because I'm a CATV subscriber.

Edit: Saw something about the upgrade. 4000/384 would be sweeeeeet 🙂

newzbin.com is a great place to start. Lots of faq's and tutorials. And I think thats about as much as im allowed to say on here 😉
