What do you normally tip the delivery person on a $15.00 Pizza/s

Since most Pizzas are usually not delivered cold anymore because of the special Pizza type warmers they have. And except on weekends, pizzas are delivered fairly quickly......... What do you usually tip on a $15.00 Pizza/s?

Remember!!!! The tip you would leave=.......... Avg delivery time (note day of week), Pizza not cold and decent manners by the delivery person.

$3-4

I always tip really well. I don't order pizza too often (few times a month max). But I like to get known as a good tipper. Last place I'd live they would literally get my pizza to me in around 20 minutes after calling. Too bad I just moved and have no local reputation 🙁

Since you said typical delivery time (45-55 minutes), $3. If he got it to me in less than 35 minutes, $5. If it was the first time he was delivering to me, probably $7-$10.

I had to vote $7 because the real value, and what Ryan would like us to believe, $10, was unavailable.

Why are there so many freaking threads about this??

Because members on this forum believe that tipping is a highly controversial and debatable topic you nublet.

Double the sales tax and round up to the nearest dollar. How hard is that?

That would come to 30% for me then I would have to round it lol. I dislike $5 tips on a $15 item. I would tip $2.

Usually 20%, unless there is a delivery charge. Then, $0.00. Everyone here charges for delivery now though, so I just pick it up 99% of the time.

Not delving into the other threads, but I always tip decent for food delivery drivers. $2-3 in this case, but maybe more depending on their location and the time of day. It is often a dangerous and thankless job.

depends on what i have. I'll give anywhere from 1-3
Same, unless I know the guy. Buddy used to work at the main place I order from, rather than tipping him I'd just buy his first few beers when we went out, depending on how often I'd ordered recently.
