What do you need to create a wireless network with ISDN?

I have a friend who has ISDN and I'm not sure what he needs to create a wireless network that shares PC files and the Internet connection. Any help would be appreciated.

An isdn router, and a wireless access point. I have had good luck with netopia's isdn routers.
