What do you have your 9500 oc'ed to?

I have a Radeon 9500 non pro softmodded to a 9800 and oc'ed to 290 on both memory and core using rage3d tweak. I want to go higher than that but want to see if it would be safe. Also what do you guys have yours at. Thanks

9500np not softmodded

everyday use overclock= 360/285
benchmarking o/c= 390/290

I have mine softmodded. 351/290. Memory won't go 1Mhz above 290 or will artifact. I'm sure CPU can go higher, just haven't needed to try it.
