what do you have to encode to so u can put movies on a MS and use it in the PSP?

i know i know google is my friend, but its knowing what to search for...which i didnt, i kept bringin up PSP UMD movies

so this what id use to convert my many divx movies into something suitable for the PSP?

i can encode Xvid movies for my Palm Zire 72 to take up about 250mb, and theyre pretty good, can this be done with the PSP too?
