I'm going to send this out (I think) to setup in a bunch of local hospitals, with a pamphlet-style description of my hike on the back. Any advice?

You may want to make the background a bit more distinct and the words a different font (something less informal, such as Time New Roman or Arial).

Yeh, that font has a very "hippy'esque" look to it.

Might want to play around with some different ones.
