I have a dart board board like that. I took a dart board, attatched it to a sheet of plywood at regulation height, and put caps all over it. The dart board can be moved to parties (it's heavy). I didn't really do a design but at least I drank all the beer. I probably threw away about 1000 caps during that project. Since then I've been collecting caps again (selectively) and probably have close to 2000 of a nice variety. I also have been collecting lables and coasters. I plan on decopaging (sp?) a bartop.
