so sometimes, there are many stores, where when you go buy something, if you dont like it, they'll be more then happy to find a better item for you at no cost, but will not refund the difference if there was a price difference.

so lets take glasses for example. You go in, buy a pair of glasses, and the lenses aren't working out for you. You talk and conclude that the less expensive lenses will be more suitable. The store is happy to cut new lenses for you, but will not refund the difference. reason because the lenses are wasted.

so what do you think of this? can company do this? they cannot refund the difference if the price is lower, but they will charge extra if you upgraded....

How would less expensive lenses be any better? Maybe you are saying that the first pair were not the proper prescription?

well, sometimes, the customer is used to a certain type of lens, and then the salesmen suckers him in to try the new advanced lenses, but the optics just dont fit right. ofcourse, it's not the salesman's fault...it's just that it didn't work out......because the customer is so used to the older style lenses.

I mean, I can think of many cases where cheaper lenses is better....
and yes, the company does offer a full refund if so desires
