It's an X-DREAMER II case by Turbo, and it comes with a 350w power supply. Do you think it's dangerous to buy a cheap case like this? I'll have my DFI Lanparty NFII motherboard, and Athlon XP 3000+ on it.
Cheap cases + Cheap PSU = your asking for trouble. Go with brand name cases and PSU's, we cannot emphasize this enough. Build your computer right with good quality products and you lessen your chances of headaches.

I usually buy big roomy cheap cases and put in a good PSU. I prefer to buy PSU's seperately. I don't wanna have my case choice dictated by the PSU it does/or does not come with.
I only occaisonally feel the need to buy an expensive case. But that's strictly for looks. I usually prefer to spend more on gfx card, ram etc. Some mention buying expensive cases because they are stronger. I have yet to find a reason to stand on top of one of mine. So, I don't care about that.
i have that case, price is a little high though. 87CAD is 68 USD and i bought it for only 50USD. I hope you dont plan on buying it because of the temp sesnosr. if so, then dont bother, it sux and doesnt work well. Also, the psu that comes with it is crappy so dont even use it at all.
but aside from those negatives, everything is good. has plenty of room for fans and for your equipment.
^^ this one looks pretty similar, is of very excellent build and quality, and has great cooling/airflow.. plus its half the price 🙂
also i'm with the other guys here.. i wouldn't get a case with a psu unless it comes with a psu that you would want to buy otherwise (like an antec or enermax)
quoting a comment/review in your link
" the PSU in this case is a known failure...buy a better one. "
I bought the non-psu version. It's of high-quality steel. It also has a 120mm fanslot in the rear, which is also machined to fit a 80, or 92mm fan. (picture shows two 80mm, but it seems everyone gets the 120)
80mm intake in the front, and 92mm fans on the side and top. Removable MB tray is a plus, as well.
If it's cheap and high quality you want, I definitely recommend this case. I'm having a hard time trying to find a case that matches in both price, and ruggedness.
Aspire sells some decent cases - unfortunately the X-Dreamer isn't one of them. Look at the Rosewill TU-155 case for a better one - but as with most of the cheaper cases, you need to get a better grade of PSU for it. The rosewill comes with an L&C PSU - keep it in the closet for an emergency backup only.
I have this case in silver, and because of this case I have a very noticble scar on my index finger where the case slit me open pretty bad... it's between my knuckle and the middle of my finger... Just an FYI
My cheapo Chenming 301 (at the time was cheapo) with a 350W PSU worked perfectly. No trouble except temps. It looks like it'd be okay for your system. I'm concerned about build quality w/ this one though.
lol. i payed more for just my powersupply than that entire case+psu. Don't get cheap stuff, you get what you pay for and its not worth it in the long run.
