it looks like a veichile, a bit ugly but its cheap and has slide out motherboard tray and other stuff that most expensive cases would have, anybody ever bought this case and think its good?its f1 series not sure the manufacturer comes in other colors Text

EDIT:kind of the opposite of this f1 case, but i can easily find reviews on the Kingwin K-11-BK-WM (discontinued), but i can't find a single vendor that has this case in stock anyone know a good vendor, where this case can be purchased? this store has it but not in stockText

I'd never buy it, but if you like red it's probably OK except for the exploding power supply that will burn down your house.

But seriously, spend a little extra on an Antec case that comes with a reliable Antec PS.

If you're looking to save some money, I'd go for an Enlight case. Most of those are fairly easy to work with & come with slide out mobo trays. Their PSUs are pretty high quality too. You can find them on newegg for comparable prices (some even cheaper than the one you linked to, I think)

You get what you pay for with cases. Cheap cases have a lot of sharp edges which WILL cut you when you're assembling the pc, no matter how careful you are. They are also flimsy, and come with cheap PSUs which will likely die on you. I like Antecs, but that's not to say other manufacturers don't make good cases and PSUs.

OT! Belongs in Cases & Cooling...
I wouldn't have one on a bet, but maybe for a kid... Of course Directron isn't its real mfr. Go to http://www.excaliberPC.com to find the real mfr. then you can google for the reviews on it - I know I've seen at least one review out there.

I love directron they are down the street from me..
but thta case kinda blows... they have them in thier showroom... very cheap and kinda shoddy...
if you are In houston i highly suggest yo go look at what they have to offer in person..
I got a slightly scratched (cant see at all) Lian LI 140 dollar case for 64 bucks.. already had 6 antec LED fans installed...
they have another Silver and blue Lian LI there that retails for over 140 bucks at 80 bucks but it had no window and I wanted windows..
they got every single case they stock in thier showroom open where you can see them and open them...
I highly recommend them for every PC componant except high end vid cards... as they would not even budge thier price to match Compusa on my PNY 6800 GT... thier price is 450 before tax =/ vs 399

I know there was at least one thread on this case in the C&C section a few months ago and someone had linked to a review or a preview of it. I tried but can't find the thread.
. Well, I went digging again - hope you appreciate it... Linkage .
. The Kingwin K11 is made of unobtainium - looked for one recently, nada. But the 424 design is so much better anyway.
. Newegg has some Sky Hawk alum. cases at good prices - one was recently at $68. shipped. And I thought I saw some new alum. cases from Enermax there too.
