I'm looking to add case fans, since it's just so hot these days. What do you guys think on these?

The Power Cooler ones. Are they "good enough"?

hmmm...yah panaflos...but damn look at those prices! i guess it's ok if you don't expect it to last forever...remember you get what you pay for.

I know panaflos are said to be very good... but I was wondering about the cheaper one that SVC has...

I suppose I should give in and buy the expensive panaflos haha. They last forever?

well...probably longer than generic brands...hopefully you're not thinking of putting these things on your t-bird system...scary. my system isn't much compared to today's 1.4GHz T-birds and 1.8GHz P4s but i worked hard for those things in there so i might as well not go cheap somewhere. i guess there's nothing wrong with those fans but i don't think you should use them for overclocking and such.

Dave, It appears they are a liquidator and they have a healthy supply of name brand fans in all sizes, while they dont have a 80mil Panflow they do have 120mil, 92 mil, and 60 mil Panflows as well as Expensive Sanyo Denki's for $4

A guy on the forums was telling me how, when he order some 7 fans from them (to get over the $25 limit) and 2 of the fan the screw holes were broken off and the condition of the fans looked like it was poorly kept. Another thing ya gotta question yourself is they are a liquidator overstocked or used items, most of em have probably been sitting on the self for over 6 months.

Rule about fan shelf life is you shouldn't have em unopperational for longer then 6 months cause of the lubrication, might stick, thicken or dry up. Nidec and Sunon point this out about fan storage.
