The 2400+ is a 2ghz cpu, you should be able to get some more Mhz out of it.

BTW my PC Pitstop scores
overall 1601
system-speed rating 5816
memory-speed rating 7807

Considering the low OC of the CPU, I think you're doing good. Really good, considering the fact that you have generic RAM.

The XP 2400+ should be able to hold 2.3 Ghz without a hitch at your current FSB.

Should be able to get a fair bit more oomph out of the CPU with the Aero 7.

I ran my old one at 2.2 without a problem with a swiftech HS.

I think my only problem is ram.. the fsb is as high as i can get it to run stable running those CAS timings... What should my goals be to get the most out of this system? all fsb? all mhz? do i care about cas timings?

definently could be your ram, like you said try more conservative timing... and up the multiplier instead of the FSB if you can. If youre stuck with the ram you might be stuck with the wimpy OC =\
