NexTherm Air Conditioned PC Case

So, it has a built in air conditioner in the intake fan position of the case. Tooless design, Multifunctional LCD and looks solid. Its a mid tower case.

$149 AR. What you guys think?

Air conditioning could potentially overheat?

Isn't it fun to discover something when it's so over for everyone else? That case has been around since at least 2005 (was reviewed on aTrueReview.com in May of '05)... Peltier cooling has its drawbacks, but if you like it go for it. Find somewhere else to buy it though - one way or another, TD is gonna get you up the butt on it. They probably bought a warehouse full of them at a distress sale for cents on the dollar. Slap a new name on them (use to be Sytrin instead of MassCool) and push 'em to the rubes that don't know enough to stay away from TD.

Im kind of out dated on the case side of things. Like i was looknig to buy chenbro gaming bomb II later to realise its discontinued.

I thought it was pretty neat though. Abit gimmicky at best.

I don't think it's discontinued, just not sold here in the states. It's still on the Chenbro Taiwan web site. I suppose you could do a "private" export on one - but then it would be at least twice as expensive as it already is. But it might be worth it anyway. Exclusivity has its own rewards...

Yeah discontinued here. The chenbro case is really sweet though. I just need to find one. Then theres the antec p180 for $99 AR at newegg which also looks promising.
