Any LCD in particular? You can't compare products by brand. Each one will have good and bad products.

I do not have one, but from what I read, the Dell "Ultra Sharp" flat panels get very positive reviews/feedback.

I think they're great. They get the job done.

I personally have a 2405FPW and have comitted myself to feeding the 1920x1200 beast with new videocards every so often :(

You are buying it for the nice Dell Bezel, and the lower price associated with the high sales volume of Dell products, compared any other LCD of the same panel sold by the original manufacturer.

I'm thinking over 90% of the members here who own lcds use dell branded ones.

Amazing. Best bang for the buck out there, tons of inputs.. Man, I just wanna go and give it a hug. Nothing beats 1920x1080(progressive!!), 37 inches for 1400.

Warning.. Once you get this monitor you may start to fill up your hard drive with files of the extension ".ts"..

Dell LCDs use samsung panels, which are generally top-quality. add on Dell savings coupons and deals and you've got a winner!

I have a 17 inch E13FP and it's beem great for the year I've owned it. Dell's 20 and 24 inch Ultrasharps are rumored to have some problems.

Dell also has a 3 year warranty on many of their displays.

They're ok for the price.

Had a 1800, gave away 1901, currently own 2001 and 2405.

Nobody can beat Dell for monitor value. Nobody.

Wait for a good coupon weekend, maybe catch a sale too, stack up those coupons and buy some sweet Dell monitors for literally 50% of what they would cost at your local Best Buy or Staples.
