Go for a run, stretch every muscle in your body, drink some water, and try again.
If you're sleep deprived like I am from time to time, drink a can of Monster and you'll be more focused than you can possibly imagine. But don't do that regularly or you'll get the headache of your nightmares when you go a day without caffeine. :/
Regular sleep and exercise with a clean diet and lots of water is the best option, but that's not always doable.
