Story: I play beginner/intermediate roller hockey. I'm just wondering what y'all eat before you play. I ate pizza 4 hours before I played today and my stamina was pretty much non-existant. There were games when I ate pasta 3-4 hours before I play and I last much longer.
So what do y'all eat before you play football/soccer/hockey/whatever?
