What do you do with your Discover Rewards?

I get the double rewards at Red Lobster gift card. Then I take my wife out to Olive Garden with that gift card (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, and Smokey Bones are the same company). However I think they recently cut that reward down from the full 2%.
