granted there are times when anger can be useful. i have hit some nice golf shots while seeing RED :|

at the moment though... i can't think of anything i use anger to excel at.

if i'm angry at someone, espeically my SO, i just take a step back and cool off b/c i know i'll say somethign i regret. as for just plain out getting pissed off, i usually just take a break from what i'm doing or go play my guitar or bass.
