i don't know what to do.

force myself to eat something? - i've barely eaten all day.

or just let it growl cuz i feel like if i eat something, i might get sick?

(this is an emotional upset, not a sickness)

Tiny bowl of cereal, bacon, or some chunks of cheese usually does the trick for me.

Cottage cheese with Bac-Os, or a protein shake. Maybe some scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, or Malt-O-Meal. Don't eat a lot, and don't eat anything especially spicy or cold. But I would eat something. Maybe even a Snickers.

Eat something easy on your stomach, like dry toast or crackers.

don't listen to these chirpers.

i've been too upset to eat in the past little while - a few months ago. it happens. starving my ass off but the emotional distress of certain things completely erases your appetite.

try eating something light that you don't have to chew much, like a yogurt or a banana. i know you are upset but you have to still take care of yourself.

hang in there, you'll get through whatever is upsetting you, trust me.

just don't do what i did, which was drink and smoke on many many empty stomachs. not good for you.
