what do you do when you feel like total crap?

When I feel like crap, I go HERE and it doesn't take long for me to forget why I felt like crap in the first place. (As I run away from my computer in complete fear.) :shocked:
 
Depends on what's wrong.

If I'm stressed out or having emotional difficulties, I work out. Then, I take a nice long bath (or shower) with lavender and peppermint oil. I also heat up different aromatic oils to change my mood.

I prefer to only masturbate when I'm horney (and husband can't lend me a hand, ha), eat only when I'm hungry, and drink only when I'm feeling happy and healthy.

exactly whats the problem??perhaps a person to talk with can be enough for some people....but I think alcohol is good if you feel down..
