If you have serious sleeping problems, try meditation. There should be some place in any larger city where they teach it. A lot of people have said it works, and gives you rest even if you don't fall asleep. Besides, if you're spending your sleep hours posting on ATOT, you've got nothing to lose by trying it.
Ever seen the seinfeld spisode- the Contest? They can't sleep because they made a bet to see who could go the longest without self-gratification. Well they all eventually caved and they all got good sleep
Surf the web, play video games, watch tv, drink, wash dishes, clean my room, eat, play computer games, do my bills, etc. As you can see, I have plenty of experience in sleeplessness.
