what do you do when you buy and BlackBerry App

I bought Adorno Multialarm 2.3.8 today, because the alarm clock feature on the BB sucks balls. Well, downloaded and tested it. NO SOUND! wtf? i even tried using my own customized sound and it doesnt work. The alarm function works in that it pops up a box and will even vibrate the phone but it will not produce sound.

Which BB are you using? What issues did you have with thestandard alarm? Do you use a holster?

Where did you buy it from? Some app stores have much better customer support than others. I prefer mobilhand myself.
