What do you do to unwind after work?

sometimes I eat dinner before I change.

Change clothes, work out, post workout snack, nef/watch TV/read, dinner with wife, martial arts practice (2-3x/week).

Right now I play NHL 07 or Call of Duty 2 on my PC, or check in to a couple other forums.

Usually right when I get home, I help with dinner or just chill out.

Pardon the Interruption is usually on during dinner and then Off The Record (Canadian sports show).

Then it's Sportscentre, That's Hockey and usually there is a game on - if the Oilers aren't playing I'll watch anyone play.

Super addicted to my computer again, it's crazy. Thinking about upgrading again which is what brought me to Anandtech in the first place.
