What do you do to unwind after work?

Here is my routine after I get home from work & the gym:

1) Shower
2) Change into something comfortable
3) Pour glass of red wine
4) Sit on couch and listen to relaxing music (clapton, ccr, everly brothers, etc..) for a half hour or so

Either go for a run, play B-ball or do stadiums. After that... It's shower, just relax, eat, watch TV and surf the net.

change into comfortable clothing (usually sweatpants or shorts, depending on the season, if I'm staying inside for the rest of the night), make myself a drink, and pop onto warcraft if there's anything going on with my guild that night.

Commute 30 minutes in the car.

This is why an auto-pilot car is my #1 wish list item. Suddenly, commuting would be an absolute pleasure.

actually the drive home was relaxing for me. I would crank the radio (heh need to anyway) grab something to eat&drink . since 90% was country roads i didn't worry about traffic.

by the time i got home i was relaxed.

so go in take a shower change into some sweat pants and a t-shirt and turn on the tv heh

I usually play CS: Source or Halo multiplayer for an hour. Killing people online helps calm the nerves. If I go straight to bed, I half wake up and can see myself still at work trying to get stuff done at 4 in the morning.

Summer:
1. Change into shorts
2. Take the dog on a long walk
3. Go play golf

Sometimes, just for fun, I do those in reverse order.

edited becuase quite honesty think i mis understood ya


but this is why i live in the country. i can walk out to my shed in my underwear and NOBODY would see or care.

if someone did see its ok they would die from the shear whitness of my body. the glare would kill them.
