My mom is a compulsive liar. I'm sure she said you were 'big' too.

She said I was ok, but I didn't make her feel nearly as good as her son pyonir

:Q

See, that whole compulsive liar thing again....

:D

Yard work. I find that after working my mind all day, that working in the yard relieves the stress a good bit, then it is a hot shower and a couple of rounds of Quake III

take a siesta (i did a lot when i was in spain)

1)make sure u have a quiet place
2)lay and rest your eyes for no more than 10-12 minutes (any more will make u groggy and u wont want to get up)
3)it doesn't matter if u fall into a deep sleep, you'll be refreshed and will think more clearly about 10 minutes after u awake...

For my mind, exercise often does it for me.....

For my body, if I've been working all day doing something strenuous, I usually just kick back and have a few beers.

I curl up into a fetal position on my bed and cry. :(

No actually I wish I knew. When I want to relax, I usually like to just sit outside and breathe in fresh air, and listen to the breeze and birds. When I get tense or stressed, it usually doesn't go away for a few days and it drains me.
