What do you do to relax?

Lately I have been too tense and just unable to relax. I need some way to relax, what is the best way?

meditation only works if you're able to clear your mind, which IMO is a learned skill.

I mess with the computer and try to find ways to justify the huge expense, I'm not doing very well.

For example I've been burning shows to DVD that i collect off ReplayTV. It's time consuming and fun, creating the finished product is cool. I'm toying with the idea of having some nice labels printed at Kinko's for them.
