Read, non-technical stuff. The other thing is none of your business. ;)

If it's been a very hard day, which it usually is, I drive around for at least an hour listening to a combination of Mozart's Requiem, Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, Beethoven's Piano Sonatas 7, 8, etc..

Music calms the soul. I think w/o music and my ability to physically get away, I would absolutely crack.

Actually, one of my ways of relaxing is to read technical material, although lighter material than I work with on a daily basis.

I work as a developer, so I spend all day pretty much thinking about something. I find it really refreshing to read about something new.

drink....heavily :D

kidding (for the most part). I normally drive when I need to unwind, either that or I throw on my headphones and listen to some music that fits my mood.

smoke a few bowls, and then put on my headphones and listen to music or watch some tv, or play some tekken on the ps.
