what do you do to organize your CDs?

I have about 80 DVD-R's burned (with TV shows and movies) and I need a good way to organize them. What do you guys use to organize them? Whats a good cheap way to organize that many DVD-Rs.. at least for you guys?

By continent and then country mostly. Of course, being an old school nerd, I keep an up-to-date database of all CDs in my collection.

Not much. I separate my games from my movies and those from music. More about space and convenience.

I know the Alphabet is not very popular but how about alphabetical?
Did you print out nice labels for them or just use a crummy marker?

CDs? I alphabetize them by band name or artist- lastname, first name. More than one by the same person goes in date order. Mixed CDs are separated by title.

DVDs? All over the place

i'm basically talking about a piece of furniture. or a holder. sick and tired of using spindles all the time. i got like 5 different spindles.

In my car, i have a stack of about 20 CD's in a little cubby on my door.

At home, I have like 4 spindles with about 25-50 each. Then I ahve a spindle with about 10 discs on it - and those are the ones that I use them ost.

We use a glass-doored bookcase. I built small shelves that stand on the bookcase's shelves to fit more CDs in crystal cases. We also have case-logic zipper CD holders.

I own like 5 CDs. My car's CD changer can hold 5. Guess how I organize them.
