What do you do to control Cholesterol

Don't worry about dietary cholesterol so much as it's impact is very small.

Most cholesterol comes from your liver after you eat saturated fats/trans fats. Eating white flour products also increases triglycerides in your bloodstream.

To keep your cholesterol low, just eat healthy. Eat stuff like baked chicken (get a whole chicken and remove visible fat), peanuts, walnuts, salmon, fish oil supplements or flax oil supplements, vegetables, fruits (as in whole fruit, not juice), whole grain products, yogurt, etc.

Remove from your diet: anything with high amounts of saturated or trans fats. Like bacon, ice cream, chicken nuggets, fast food (most of it anyway), junk food, etc.

Drink green tea and water instead of whatever you're drinking.

I think Almonds are better for you than the nuts you named, but otherwise good advice IMHO.

Good genetics I guess - even when I was eating terribly my cholesterol numbers were always OK.
Meanwhile a good friend of mine may be on cholesterol meds soon @ 35 despite being nearly a vegetarian.

Exactly, start eating less in calories, and choosing only the most natural foods you can cook at home and that should not include bacon, potatoe chips, and ice cream. No fast food, at all! You will be surprised at how easy it is to give up fast food once you try not eating it for 2-3 weeks. After that, fast food will taste nasty and oily.

Whole grains, chicken, some small fish (large ones have alot of mercury in them now), and fruits and vegetables. Eat good cholesterols from fish, certain nuts, seeds (flax seed oil is really good for you), yogurt...

I keep saying it but people don't seem to listen: Dietary cholesterol is not that important. It seems people are finding foods high in cholesterol but also high in saturated fat and saying not to eat it.

But it's completely okay to eat lean beef. With lean beef, the saturated fat is reduced but the cholesterol is not. But it will not increase your cholesterol because there isn't much saturated fat for your liver to use to manufacture cholesterol.

If you're a lazy ass and you aren't going to change your diet, then I suggest something like this instead of drugging yourself up and getting all sorts of other problems as a result:
