CCleaner is excellent.

The best cleaner (in addition to other functions) I've found is Ace Utilities (30-day full-featured demo, $25 to purchase).

Both have been perfectly 'safe' in my experience.

Hope this helps!

The same old spyware/virus scans, defrags, etc. But I really like to reformat at least once every 3-4 months.

With CC Cleaner what is safe to delete ? ? It has a lot of choices and I don't want it to say inadvertently
remove say a reference to a prorgam uninstaller or possibly saved web site info

Does it have an Undo Featue ? ? probably not
