What do you do if....

you have a technical question that neither AT or Usenet can seem to answer. All I want is some info on programming RTF files, and you'd think SOMEONE out there would have some experience with that. The MS specsheet of RTF is useless, and all I want is a straight answer about embedding links to graphics in an RTF and the possibilty of putting in duplex code as well. I'm not viewing or printing the files from Word, so MS only code doesn't work either...though I'm not sure what is RTF standard and what is Word-only. Any suggestions?
