My answer? Depends on bone structure. If someone is completely round, they are probably obese, no matter the bone structure.
 
yeah, i agree with m4h. overweight and orca are different. overweight you can usually tell just by looking a girl. she just looks thick. big cheeks, gut, whatever.

orca fat, you can feel their gravitational pull.
 
Orca fat is when the person in question tries to cite the ADA because normal sizes doorways are insufficient for their girth.

There seems to be 2 questions here - "what is orca big" and "what is overweight for a woman".

"Overweight" is definitely dependent on body type.

However when someone is "orca big", you can no longer distinguish what their body type is - other than huge. 😛
 
Orca big is someone who is eligible for gastric bypass surgery. I have a relative who is having this done next week. She looks like she should be hunting seals. Her husband is even bigger than she is.

On second thought, the easiest way to tell is when the butt in front is as large as the one in back. I really start feeling bad for someone when they get this big. I can't imagine how hard life must be when you look like that.

LOL. I have the unfortunate displeasure of occassionally seeing a few like that at my company. One just quit, though but one was promoted and hangs around the premises more. The latter's stomach was in competition with her knees when she walked... :disgust:

anyway....ORCA..>i dunno if i like that term...

but this lady I saw at IHOP on sunday..she's pretty big. But she was so dainty when she ate...like..she cut up her HUGE omlette and ate it slowly...but she was a big girl.
 
It all depends on the person. Height and stature play a role. So does % body fat. You can be thin and still have too high a % body fat. The idea is to be healthy, not aspire to someone's imperfect idea of beauty.
