I dunno. Any sexual act is cheating. How's that. Maybe looking, but it would probably depend on the situation.

If you are engaging in passionate kissing, you are cheating. If you don't think so, just ask yourself what your significant other would think about it. Also, looking is 'never' cheating.

I equate cheating with lying.

When you can be honest and real in your relationships, cheating becomes a non-issue. By that I mean that if you truly feel you are in love with another, you will be honest about it. And in that honesty, you will also realize that every relationship is imperfect... there is no 'perfect one' waiting for you around the corner.

Most cheating is about the excitiment of deception and forbidden fruit. Once the rose colored glasses come off and you realize all connections have a price attached, romantic side roads lose their appeal.

anything that takes your mind any way related to romance to another person. If it's anything physical, anything sexual would be cheating.

Tickling another girl might be considered cheating... When I'm dating, I'll hug my female friends, but not touch them at all, other than that, usually. I'm playful in RL, but not to the point of flirting.
