weird, a lot of people collect things. I do not for some reason. In college I collected succulents and cacti.

Most true collectors, don't really start till they have the money, and our out of college. I collect stuff, but, haven't in a few years. My house gets my money now.
 
I did the beer bottlecap thing in college. Had about 200 different beers, then my roomate got drunk one night and next thing I know the caps are all missing. I think he was throwing them out the window at passers by.
 
Not really anything I collect but the things I own I keep in perfect condition. I have hundred of sci-fi/fantasy books (Forgotten Realms, DragonLance, Dark Sun, etc) and they are all in perfect condition. Can't even tell I read them other than the edges of the pages opposite the binding get a bit dirty.
 
I collect desktop wallpapers. It's odd I know, but I like the designs people come up with for them. I change my wallpaper probably once every couple weeks.
 
DVDs, glass jars (the top of my fridge is covered with 'em, but I can't stand to throw out a perfectly good Prego jar).
