I have seen this on laptops when I choose a resolution higher than the screen can display. What happens is the Windows desktop is too large for the screen but if I move the mouse to one of the four sides the whole screen moves and I can then see the part that was formerly not visible.
I want to troubleshoot a different type of problem that is causing the same thing to happen, but I can?t research it because I don?t know what to call it.
Anyone know?
