Pork rinds. I /think/ cracklins might be subtly different(more combined fat), but I'm not a connoisseur or anything.

They call them rinds here but AFAIK they're not very popular. Nobody I know eats them.

I grew up with those as rinds, pork rinds, pork skins, or just skins, but since moving to California, the most common term seems to be chicharrones.
