What do you call it when someone ends every sentence with a high pitched "EHHHHHHH"?

there is a guy sitting next to me at work and everytime he finishes a sentence he says "ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" in a high pitched tone... is there a word for that? i'm about to stab my ears.

I was in a training class last week and the instructor made a donkey-like noise every few words. Very distracting.

blah blah blah HEEEEEEHAAAUGHHHHH blah blah HEEEEEEHAAAUGHHHHH

Maybe it's not an eh, it's so high pitched that it sounds like something else like nuhhh ehhh ihhhh i don't know it's just ear piercing awfulness.

Back when my son was in cub scouts the pack leader always ended his sentences with "M'KAY?" like Mr. Mackey.

I couldn't help myself the first time I heard that and I busted out laughing so loud everyone turned and glared at me. I'm the only younger parent there, so I guess no one else saw the humor!
