Don't want to spend money for my lunch, but I'm getting tired of ramen, hotdogs, and sandwhiches. I have my own kitchen but I was wondering if anybody had ideas for lunches that take less than 5-10 minutes to make and are good (nutrition and taste-wise).

What did you have for lunch?

/me had hotdogs and rice

To answer your original thread question:

I usually have sandwiches (ham/cheese/peanut butter)

You could try frying eggs with vegetables and other stuff. Sometimes I take like 3 eggs and mix in onions, green peppers, tomatoes, cheese, ham, mushroom.... Uses a lot of eggs, but its tasty and nutritious :)

Just something made by my mom. I'm a bit lucky, no need to think what to eat, just go home and have whatever ready!

Usually either 3-4 gorditas, or meximelts from taco bell, or a bacon-double cheesburger from A&W.

I always have a can of campbell's soup when I come home for lunch, it's cheap and there are lots of good kinds, not just chicken and stars and tomato

I almost always eat lunch out. I don't want to drive all the way home from work. In fact, my lunch starts in just a few minutes :)

I'll let you know what I ate when I get back.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches (5 for $5) - I try to only eat 3 at a time and save the other two for later. Fridays is Chili Mac, Monday and Wednesdays are whatever is left over in the fridge.

Eww Juniper, that makes for a unique sandwich. ;):p

I like to have BaconLettuceTomato's. Slap those 3 things on a roll with mayo and you got a tasty, simple lunch. Yum! :)
