What do you all think - ASUS P5K-E or ABIT IP35 Pro

depends how much they are, your intended usage & what features etc. that you need.
The IP35 Pro is a very nice mobo though, I doubt that you can go wrong with either.

I have had both and am still using the IP35 Pro, fewer problems.
