Resize to 1024x768 or something and use at least 10-15% jpg compression. Should cut size down a LOT and still be enough res to appreciate the view.

If you don't have a util to do that get irfanview, it's free.

That said, Nice pics.

Nice Garden. Should be really pretty when it matures.

Criticism's:

She should define the edges more.
I'd lay stones trhough the paths.

she got the idea out of a gardening magazine...stones in the paths would be nice, but ya gotta leave room to walk...

A lot of clover in your lawn, it could probably use some fertilizer. IIRC, clover means the soil needs more nitrogen.

You could get some flagstone and lay it into the ground to define a path that would still have grass growing around it. You could also plant something like liriope or dwarf mondo grass around the edges of each bed. Makes a nice border that's essentially maintenance-free (and impossible to kill).

I'd also advise mulching the beds or putting in some ground cover to keep the weeds down.

Overall, looks really nice. I wish I could have something similar, but 90% of my yard is shady. :(

I'd also pull the Hosta outta there since that seems to be a full sun garden and they like shade.

Also, unless those are some kinda dwarf Hydrangea those things are gonna get monsterous if they don't kill each other off from being so close to each other.

It looks really pretty! I bet she put a lot of work into it, but it looks like it was worth it.
