I'll give some constructive criticism.

1) lose the pink
2) lose the animated gifs (ESPECIALLY those lips)
3) lose the flowers
4) basically, pick 3 or 4 colors (for table backgrounds, text, etc) and stick with them
5) why do you have the Yahoo Maps thing there? Are you running a vacation website?

other than that - i like the fact that you stayed away from frames

Yep, no animated crap, no pink, no damn cowboy, fewer colors.

And, more important than anything else: It has no content, why have a website with nothing on it?

Dont ask me what I was on when I did that, I was just inspired by my freinds who were with me all the time.
The pictures were made by me and few friends when we were terminaly bored at school few years ago. The game went like this, I draw one thing on the paper and hand it to the next one and so on, and that is what it ended like.

Don't sweat it too much lawaris, most of these boys couldn't make a web page to save their lives without their FP 2000 install. Your web page is not pleasing to the senses but I gotta say I have seen worse. Newbies typically try to add to much fluff and forget about substance. If ya got something to say, say it on your page and keep it fairly simple. Many of the forwarded notions here are correct, 3 or 4 colors, try to cut way back on the animated gifs (if you want pink that is a personal choice but at least make sure the rest of your colors don't clash too bad with them. Just keep trying you'll get there.
