I'm pretty sure it's *67 too. Many numbers will not accept private numbers so this may be the case

Uhh....There's nothing you can dial to make numbers show up. They either do or they don't . you have no controll over this. You can set you phone number to refuse calls that do not show a number, but you'd have to call the phone company for this though dependiing on your service options. I've never heard of forcing numbers to show up.

The person calling you needs to dial *82 to temporarily disable their privacy setting before calling. Afaik theres nothing you can do to make their number show up. Uhh, anyway why dont you just pick up the damn phone and see who it is?
