I'm filling out an application for grad school and they want my GPA for all junior and senior level coursework. Do they mean junior and senior level classes or classes that I took while a junior and senior? I kind of think it's the level of the courswork, but most of the schools that I've been looking at only look at your last 60 hours of coursework.

i think they mean what level.... like a lot of schools have 1**, 2**, 3**, 4** which don't necessarily correspond to the classes, but it is generally assumed that 3** and 4** are upper division

Yes your upper division work since it is possible that you may have taken a lower division ge course in your junior year for some reason ect.
